Prolight PR Nenad Milanković (hereinafter Prolight, we, us) respects privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, to whom we disclose it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It applies to this site, your account, orders, offers, proforma invoices, invoices, servicing and related communication.

The site sells exclusively to legal entities and sole traders. We process the company and contact person data needed for the contract and legal obligations, not the data of consumers who are natural persons in the retail sense.

## 2. What data we collect

When you open an account and place an order, we collect:

- first and last name of the contact person
- company name, tax ID (PIB) and company registration number
- billing address and, if different, delivery address
- email and telephone
- details of orders, transactions, payments and servicing
- technical data needed for the operation of the site (IP address, cookies, device and browser data)

We do not request data that we do not need for the contract, delivery, servicing or statutory records.

## 3. Legal basis and purpose

We process data when it is necessary for:

- performance of the contract (account, offer, proforma invoice, payment, delivery, servicing, complaints)
- legal obligations (accounting, tax regulations, the System of Electronic Invoices (SEF) when you select it)
- legitimate interest (prevention of misuse, site security, responding to enquiries, improving our offering)
- consent, only where the law requires us to obtain it (for example non-essential cookies or marketing messages)

You may withdraw consent at any time, without giving reasons. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing up to that moment.

## 4. To whom we disclose data

We share data only to the extent necessary:

- with the courier service you choose (PostExpress, Bex, Dex), for delivery
- with accountants and tax authorities, when required by law
- with the System of Electronic Invoices (SEF), if you selected it in your order
- with an authorised service centre or importer, when necessary for warranty or repair
- with hosting and site maintenance providers, under a data processing agreement

If, because of goods you purchased from us, you contact an authorised service centre or importer directly and give them your data, a separate relationship arises between you and that service centre. That service centre is responsible for that processing.

We do not sell data to third parties.

## 5. How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and as required by tax and accounting regulations. We keep account data for as long as the account exists or until you request deletion, unless the law requires longer retention (for example records of issued invoices).

We keep data processed on the basis of consent until it is withdrawn or until the purpose is fulfilled, whichever occurs first.

## 6. Your rights

In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia you may request:

- access to your data and information about the processing
- correction of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data
- deletion, where the law permits it
- restriction of processing
- objection to processing, including objection to marketing
- portability of the data you have provided to us
- a complaint to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection

Refusing consent for marketing has no negative consequences. If you withdraw data without which your account or an order cannot function, we will not be able to provide those services.

## 7. Cookies

The site uses cookies in order to function (shopping cart, login, security), to measure traffic and, if you accept it, to personalise content. If you refuse non-essential cookies, only those without which the site cannot function will remain. The cart and login may then be limited. You change the settings in your browser or in the settings on the site, if available.

## 8. Processing principles

- Lawfulness: we collect data fairly, lawfully and transparently.
- Minimisation: we take only what is necessary for the stated purpose.
- Purpose limitation: we do not use data beyond the purpose for which they were collected.
- Accuracy: we strive to keep data accurate and up to date.
- Security: we apply technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
- Storage limitation: we do not keep data longer than necessary or longer than required by law.
- Transfer outside the European Economic Area: if it occurs, it will be carried out with appropriate safeguards.
- Processors: we disclose data to third parties only under a contract and with a legal basis.

The measures include access control, backups, monitoring and incident response. The aim is confidentiality, integrity and availability of data to authorised persons only.

## 9. Social networks

If you open our profile on a social network from this site, the rules of that network also apply. If you log in to the site through a social network account, that network may pass on to us the data you have permitted it to share. Use such a login only if you accept that transfer.

## 10. Amendments

We may amend this policy. The current version is always on this page. The provisions of this policy do not override the law. If the text and the law differ, the law prevails.

## 2. Buyer

The buyer is a legal entity or a sole trader. When placing an order, the buyer provides the company name, tax ID (PIB), company registration number, address, name of the contact person, telephone and email. Prolight may refuse an order if the details are incomplete or cannot be verified.

## 3. Use of the site

All material on this site is protected by copyright. Unauthorised use may constitute a breach of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of the Republic of Serbia, the Law on Trademarks of the Republic of Serbia or other intellectual property regulations.

You may view, copy, print or download the content exclusively for the internal, informational needs of your company, provided that you retain all copyright notices from the original. You may not modify the content, nor publicly display, perform, distribute or use it for public or commercial purposes without our written consent.

Software or other material that has its own licensing terms remains subject to those terms. If you breach these terms, your permission to use the site ceases and you are obliged to immediately destroy any downloaded or printed content.

Nothing on the site, unless expressly stated, grants you the right to use intellectual property from the site.

## 4. Software

If you download software from the site, use it only in accordance with the accompanying licence agreement. Do not install it before you have read and accepted that agreement.

## 7. Limitation of warranties for site content

The information, products, materials and services displayed on the site are provided "as is", without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prolight disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of third-party rights.

The content is informational and does not constitute professional advice for a specific situation. Prolight does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted operation, security or the absence of errors. We may change the content, products and prices at any time, without prior notice. ## 8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prolight, its suppliers or third parties mentioned on the site are not liable for damage (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, loss of data or business interruption) arising from the use of the site, delays, inability to use it or the content of sites to which our links lead, regardless of the legal basis and regardless of whether you were warned of the possibility of such damage.

If the use of materials or services from the site results in the need for servicing or repair of equipment or data, you bear the costs, unless the damage was caused by the fault of Prolight.

Prolight assumes no responsibility for data on a computer, disk or other storage medium that the buyer hands over for servicing.

## 9. Prices and display of items

Prices on the site are stated in euros (€). VAT is included, unless expressly stated otherwise. The cost of delivery is not included in the product price and depends on the chosen courier service.

We strive to keep names, specifications, photographs and prices accurate. We cannot guarantee that all data are completely correct at every moment. The binding price and specification are those in the offer / proforma invoice that we send you after checking availability.

## 10. Ordering and offer

An order on the site is a request for an offer. After the order is sent, we check availability and send an offer / proforma invoice to the email address from your account. The order becomes binding when you confirm the offer and make the payment against the proforma invoice, unless the offer states otherwise.

Delivery times depend on the type and availability of the items and will be stated in the offer. If an item is not available, we will notify you and propose a replacement, waiting, or withdrawal of that item.

## 11. Payment

Payment is made by transfer to Prolight's account against a proforma invoice. State the order number in the payment, unless the proforma invoice specifies a different payment reference. We prepare and dispatch the goods once the payment has been recorded.

Payment is in Serbian dinars (RSD) at the exchange rate from the proforma invoice, unless the proforma invoice expressly states otherwise. The site displays prices in euros for reference.

## 12. Delivery and collection

Delivery is by the courier service you choose (PostExpress, Bex, Dex) or by personal collection at the address Radoja Dakića 59, 11080 Beograd. The courier cost is paid according to the service's price list, as a rule upon receipt, unless the offer states otherwise.

The risk for the goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier or upon handover at personal collection. Upon receipt, check completeness and visible damage. Report objections regarding visible defects immediately, otherwise you lose the right on that basis.

Goods sent for servicing must be properly packaged. Prolight is not liable for damage occurring in transport to us or from us, unless the damage was caused by the fault of Prolight.

## 13. Electronic invoice (SEF)

If you are a user of the System of Electronic Invoices (SEF, the Serbian e-invoicing system), when ordering you can indicate that the invoice should be sent via SEF. We issue fiscal receipts in accordance with the rules that apply to legal entities and sole traders.

## 14. Complaints and warranty

Purchases by legal entities and sole traders are governed by the Law on Contracts and Torts of the Republic of Serbia.

The buyer is obliged to examine the received item in the usual manner as soon as this is possible in the ordinary course of events and to notify Prolight of visible defects within eight days, and in commercial contracts without delay. Otherwise, the buyer loses the right belonging to them on that basis. If the examination was carried out in the presence of both parties, report objections regarding visible defects immediately.

Prolight is not liable for defects that appear after six months have elapsed from handover, unless a longer period is specified by the contract or by the manufacturer's warranty.

If the delivered goods do not conform to the contract, a buyer who has notified Prolight in due time may request the removal of the defect, delivery of another product without defect, a price reduction or termination of the contract. The contract cannot be terminated if the non-conformity is insignificant.

A complaint under the warranty may be lodged within the period for which the seller's liability is provided, at most one year, unless the warranty certificate of the manufacturer or importer provides a longer period. After the expiry of that period, the complaint is lodged with the issuer of the warranty.

We will respond without delay, and no later than eight days from receipt of the complaint, with a statement on the request and a proposal for how it will be resolved. The time frame for resolution is agreed in accordance with the nature of the fault and the availability of parts.

When handing over goods for servicing, enclose the documentation accompanying the product, proof of purchase and a description of the fault. If possible, use the original packaging. Software supplied with a device is not covered by the terms of the contract if it has been used incompetently or inappropriately.

If the service department determines that the product is in working order, the inspection and transport may be charged according to the current service price list. Collect the repaired product within 30 days of the notification that it is ready. After that, Prolight is not responsible for the safekeeping of the product.

Prolight does not carry out installation and assembly at the buyer's address and is not liable for faults caused by improper installation or assembly, unless this occurred through the fault of Prolight.

### When the warranty right cannot be exercised

- damage or fault after our delivery, in transport not organised by Prolight
- improper assembly or maintenance
- faulty electrical installations, unstable voltage or power surge
- force majeure (flood, earthquake, fire, lightning strike and the like)
- wear and tear of the device
- failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions and recommendations
- unsuitable or non-original consumables, charger, adapter or cable
- mechanical, chemical or other damage after purchase
- repair or modification by unauthorised persons, replacement of a part with a non-original part without consent
- operation outside the limits in the instructions or outside the parameters recommended by the manufacturer
- software, connected products or consumables not approved by the manufacturer or by Prolight

## 15. Refunds

Refunds are made only when provided for by the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia or when Prolight and the buyer specifically agree on it (for example, if an item is not available and there is no acceptable replacement). There is no 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract that applies to consumers who are natural persons.

If a refund is approved, we return the amount to the account from which the payment was made, in Serbian dinars, within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods or confirmation that the goods were not dispatched.

## 16. Trademarks

The names, logos, trademarks and service marks on the site belong to Prolight or to their owners. They may not be used without the prior written consent of the owner.

## 17. Data protection

We use the data you provide in accordance with the privacy policy on this site.

## 18. Governing law

The law of the Republic of Serbia governs the interpretation of these terms and any disputes. The court in Belgrade has jurisdiction, unless a mandatory regulation provides otherwise.
