Import and export of audio, video and lighting equipment for stages and venues
Importing professional audio, video and lighting equipment most easily fails on the small things, a standard that does not fit, a model chosen wrongly or a supplier who forgets your number after the payment. We run procurement differently, as a technical job with clear steps. We import equipment to order for companies, organizers and venue owners, from a single device to equipment for an entire building, and we export our own solutions to projects across Europe and Asia. The same process applies to one fixture and to fitting out a whole building; only the amount of paperwork we take over on your behalf changes.
An office in China and inspection before shipping
The biggest difference compared with typical importers is our office in China. We inspect the goods before they set off, at the source, so they reach you in working order and exactly as ordered, with no unpleasant surprises when the container is opened. Procurement without a chain of middlemen also means a noticeably better price, because the margin resellers would take stays with you. We handle the order, quality control, transport and customs, from the pro forma invoice to delivery at your address, and you take over equipment ready for installation. We use the same channel for the components of our own production, so we test it ourselves every day. Inspection before shipping means a sample is examined, measured and compared with the specification, and the batch is released only once the sample passes. You buy as if you had your own person in the factory, because, in fact, you do.
What we source and for whom
Through our hands pass sound systems, LED screens, stage and architectural lighting, projectors, conference systems and electronic components. We equip halls and stages, clubs, cafés and restaurants, museums and galleries, shopping malls and business premises, and by arrangement residential projects that need technology the local market does not offer. We import products from the world's leading brands and recommend the model that fits the task and the budget, not the one sitting in stock. Before every order we run a technical assessment, checking compatibility with the equipment you already have, the voltage, the standards and the manufacturer's support, because a cheap device that does not do its job is the most expensive item in any budget. For larger orders we also arrange phased delivery, so the construction site does not wait for the container; the container follows the construction site.
When importing to order pays off
Importing to order makes sense when you are fitting out a whole space, so even a small difference in price per unit becomes a serious amount, when you are looking for a model the domestic market does not carry, or when you want a series uniform in quality and color, from the same factory and the same production run. For a single device you need tomorrow, we will honestly say that buying from the local market is faster, and help you choose the right one. Advice like that has its price, but it earns trust, and trust is the only advertising an importer really has.
Procurement that is not left without support
A typical importer finishes the job when the truck leaves the loading dock. With us, that is when the second part begins, because the same equipment our team can design and install, connect to your existing system and later service. The warranty and the maintenance have an address in Belgrade, not a PO box abroad. In the export direction we deliver to foreign markets what we make ourselves, DMX and Art-Net electronics, LED screens and parts from the CNC workshop, so we know the customs and transport procedures from both directions. The price and lead time depend on the scope, the availability of the model and the mode of transport, and those are figures you get up front, in an itemized quote, not after the payment. We do not promise deadlines off the top of our head; we state them only once the supplier confirms the production slot, so plans are made from real dates.
Send a list of models or just describe what the equipment needs to do, and we will come back with a proposal including the price and the delivery time. If you are not sure what you really need, let's talk about the project before ordering; a technical assessment costs less than a wrong purchase, and the first answer is free of charge and comes with no obligation to order.
