Prolight PR Nenad Milanković (hereinafter Prolight, we, us) respects privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, to whom we disclose it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It applies to this site, your account, orders, offers, proforma invoices, invoices, servicing and related communication.
The site sells exclusively to legal entities and sole traders. We process the company and contact person data needed for the contract and legal obligations, not the data of consumers who are natural persons in the retail sense.

2. What data we collect
When you open an account and place an order, we collect:
- first and last name of the contact person
- company name, tax ID (PIB) and company registration number
- billing address and, if different, delivery address
- email and telephone
- details of orders, transactions, payments and servicing
- technical data needed for the operation of the site (IP address, cookies, device and browser data)
We do not request data that we do not need for the contract, delivery, servicing or statutory records.
3. Legal basis and purpose
We process data when it is necessary for:
- performance of the contract (account, offer, proforma invoice, payment, delivery, servicing, complaints)
- legal obligations (accounting, tax regulations, the System of Electronic Invoices (SEF) when you select it)
- legitimate interest (prevention of misuse, site security, responding to enquiries, improving our offering)
- consent, only where the law requires us to obtain it (for example non-essential cookies or marketing messages)
You may withdraw consent at any time, without giving reasons. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing up to that moment.
4. To whom we disclose data
We share data only to the extent necessary:
- with the courier service you choose (PostExpress, Bex, Dex), for delivery
- with accountants and tax authorities, when required by law
- with the System of Electronic Invoices (SEF), if you selected it in your order
- with an authorised service centre or importer, when necessary for warranty or repair
- with hosting and site maintenance providers, under a data processing agreement
If, because of goods you purchased from us, you contact an authorised service centre or importer directly and give them your data, a separate relationship arises between you and that service centre. That service centre is responsible for that processing.
We do not sell data to third parties.
5. How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and as required by tax and accounting regulations. We keep account data for as long as the account exists or until you request deletion, unless the law requires longer retention (for example records of issued invoices).
We keep data processed on the basis of consent until it is withdrawn or until the purpose is fulfilled, whichever occurs first.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia you may request:
- access to your data and information about the processing
- correction of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data
- deletion, where the law permits it
- restriction of processing
- objection to processing, including objection to marketing
- portability of the data you have provided to us
- a complaint to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection

Refusing consent for marketing has no negative consequences. If you withdraw data without which your account or an order cannot function, we will not be able to provide those services.
7. Cookies
The site uses cookies in order to function (shopping cart, login, security), to measure traffic and, if you accept it, to personalise content. If you refuse non-essential cookies, only those without which the site cannot function will remain. The cart and login may then be limited. You change the settings in your browser or in the settings on the site, if available.
8. Processing principles
- Lawfulness: we collect data fairly, lawfully and transparently.
- Minimisation: we take only what is necessary for the stated purpose.
- Purpose limitation: we do not use data beyond the purpose for which they were collected.
- Accuracy: we strive to keep data accurate and up to date.
- Security: we apply technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
- Storage limitation: we do not keep data longer than necessary or longer than required by law.
- Transfer outside the European Economic Area: if it occurs, it will be carried out with appropriate safeguards.
- Processors: we disclose data to third parties only under a contract and with a legal basis.
The measures include access control, backups, monitoring and incident response. The aim is confidentiality, integrity and availability of data to authorised persons only.
9. Social networks
If you open our profile on a social network from this site, the rules of that network also apply. If you log in to the site through a social network account, that network may pass on to us the data you have permitted it to share. Use such a login only if you accept that transfer.
10. Amendments
We may amend this policy. The current version is always on this page. The provisions of this policy do not override the law. If the text and the law differ, the law prevails.
