Digital signage and interactive solutions for venues and events
Equipment without software is just a collection of devices; only software turns it into a solution you can truly control. We tailor solutions to the space, instead of adapting the space to the software. At Prolight we develop software and interactive solutions that connect LED screens, lighting and AV systems with simple controls, from a digital signage network with remote content management to dedicated applications for museums, exhibitions and retail spaces. We deliver the software together with the equipment, training and support, as a whole that works from day one. The software team sits in the same building as the people who build the electronics and the screens, so questions get resolved across a desk, not through tickets.
Digital signage that does not need a technician
You manage the content on the screens remotely, by schedule, day and location, from the office or from your phone. The morning menu in a café, the price list in a shopping mall, a campaign across a network of advertising screens, everything changes without a field visit and without calling a technician. The system works even when the internet falters; the content is stored locally on the device and synchronizes as soon as the connection returns, so the screen in the shop window does not sit black because the network went down. A screen without fresh content quickly becomes expensive wallpaper, so the ease of change is exactly what keeps the investment alive. When ready-made platforms do not cover what you need, we write a dedicated application, and since we build the LED screens and the control electronics ourselves, the software and the hardware arrive matched, from the same workshop. Control across multiple locations goes through one account, so a chain of five shops changes a campaign on all screens at once, or on each one separately when needed.
Interactive installations people remember
For museums and galleries we build installations where the content reacts to the visitor, a screen that tells a story when you approach it, an installation that answers movement with light and sound, an interactive kiosk that guides you through the exhibition. The content changes through the same system, so an exhibition that moves or a campaign that rotates does not require a new programmer. We use the same approach for trade show appearances, promotions and brand activations, where the setup has to attract, withstand the crowd and run all day unattended. For cafés, restaurants, halls and business premises we write applications that let staff change the mode of the whole space with one button, light, music and screen content together. The technology stays in the background, the visitor remembers the experience, and your people get a tool they use without a manual. Before handover we test every installation in real conditions, because an interactive installation is judged by how it reacts to people, not by how it was imagined on paper.
One team, from idea to daily use
The typical market offer is a locked platform tied to someone else's hardware, with a subscription that keeps running even when your needs outgrow its capabilities. When an idea appears that the system cannot yet perform, we do not throw it away, we extend it. Our path is the reverse, first the goal and the space, then a solution proposal, setup, testing in real conditions, training and support for as long as the solution runs. The price depends on the number of screens and locations, on whether ready-made signage is enough or dedicated software is written, and on the level of support, and it is always known before the start. We maintain and extend the software over time, because the space lives, the offer changes, and the application should keep up with them. Training is part of the delivery, short and practical; after it the system is operated by the reception desk, the shop assistant or the curator, not just the IT department. We work in Belgrade and across Serbia, and our interactive solutions run on projects across Europe and Asia as well.
Describe what the solution needs to do and who will use it, a waiter, a curator, a shop assistant or a visitor, and we will come back with a proposal and a price and time estimate. If you already have screens, we tie the software to your existing equipment too, after checking what it can really do. Let's talk about your idea while it is still a sketch; software is easiest to tailor while the space is still being drawn.
